Spark Plugs

I know this has been covered many time before, but I could not find any info using the search option. What plugs are you guys using for the GSR? I'm still running the stock ones and was gonna change them this weekend.

I'm using the JR recommended cheapo NGK BKR-7E11's gapped to .038. They only last 10K miles though...

Check my website to make sure about that part number though... I might be remembering wrong. The phone number for Monarch Products (spark plug store) is there too. These plugs are hard to find.

Holden is correct.. part number for the copper tip is bkr7e-11 however it may be easier to reference them by stock no. 1283 when trying to find them. As a matter of fact.. I just ordered some yesterday from carparts.com. They could not find them by the part number but only by the stock no. As for price... they charge 1.98 a plug which I don't think is too shabby.

Now if you want the plantinum's well I now the part number is bkr7evx-11, but I don't know the stock no. Mr Rogers may know though. Hope that helps. And don't forget to use your 33% discount. I just call up there.. 1 877 38-Parts they don't ask for a coupon either. I have gotten that same discount 3 times now

I'm using the BKR7EVX-11, stock #4685. I got them for $6.42 a piece from Monarch.

I am using the NGK zfr7f (copper plug) and gapped it to .037...the car feels heavier after I swapped out my stock platinums...
strange. Next time I guess I'll try the one JR recommends.

And what about for a Turbo? I still have my stock plugs on my GReddy Turbo and I ordered some BKR7E from NAPA the other day. Im not convinced though these are what I need.
